生产工艺：本公司系列软管具有使用寿命长、适用范围广等特点，它结构是经过一层或多层高强度合成纤维编织层，增强了耐磨性、抗撕裂性软管的内衬和外衬均挤压成型，内衬采用一系列的复合橡胶。管体柔软，富有高强弹性，具有极优越的耐磨性能。采用新型原材料，增强管体的整体性能。在使用过程中生热低，弹性复原性好，经久耐用。胶管具有良好的耐正压和负压，具有良好的耐酸、碱、油、高温等特点，可以输送当今90%以上的化学品。主要成份有天然橡胶（耐一般的弱酸及酒精）、丁基橡胶（耐油脂、碱金属和清洁剂等）和三元乙丙橡胶（适用于酮、酒精及浓酸）等。软管的使用温度≤100℃，考虑生产过程中会产生热量，一般用于介质温度<80℃的工况。若在通风（或冷却）散热条件较好的情况下，介质温度可以到100℃。若物料温度≥120℃，需选用特殊耐热软管。输送有卫生级介质（如食品、医药等），可采用特制的卫生级软管。另可根据用户需要进行非标设计。
